Our specialist venue finding team are experienced and up to speed with all the latest venues in our portfolio and will find a venue suited to your needs, securing the most relevant venues on your behalf.
The team has worked with many venues over the years and provided truly excellent levels of service to our clients.
By listening to you and obtaining your specific requirements on style of venue, type and aim of event, budget, location and overall feel desired we can really narrow down the search and propose the top 3 or 4 venues for you, saving you time sifting through 10’s of options.
We will then arrange site visits, liaise with the caterers and create your bespoke food and beverage package and quote, then finalise all the details as well as arrange both venue and catering contracts.

Our Catering Quotation Team
Our catering quotation team is made up of catering specialists who are used to operating within our partner venues. They will be responsible for compiling your catering quotation in conjunction with your representative from the venue finding team. Working together they will ensure that all your requirements are covered and every detail taken into account. Our local working knowledge of each venue will ensure we prepare an accurate, all inclusive quote so you can be confident in both your service delivery expectations and budget expenditure.
Our Venue Relationship Manager
By creating a relationship with our partner venues through our Venue Relationship Manager we allow ourselves the luxury of understanding the individual details of the venues so that we may best match them to each events requirements. Leaving you safe in the knowledge that everything is covered.

Once contracts are signed our event organisers take over the management of your event, covering the delivery of the hospitality and catering requirements.
