Meeting Rooms

2 Carlton house's  Conference Suite comprises of Lecture Theatre and an Ante room for registration and refreshments and is adaptable as there is no fixed seating. The venue hire also includes access to a balcony overlooking St. James Park which can be used for receptions. The Seminar Room can be used as an independent meeting room or in conjunction with the Conference Suite. The Council Room again can be a stand alone event space or an additional breakout area, it also comes with its own breakout area.

State of the Art AV

The whole venue is equipped with state of the art AV equipment managed by their in-house technician, with many of the rooms featuring built in AV included within the price of the room hire (excluding video conferencing and voting equipment which will incur a separate charge)
The range of AV equipment includes, podcasting, vodcasting, video conferencing, tele conferencing and new in room voting equipment.

 

Discounts

For those of you who need an further reason to book your event at Carlton House they are currently offering a Room Hire discount of 10% on Monday’s and Friday’s with a further 10% discount if you are a Medical, Educational or Registered Charitable foundation.

 

Located in SW1 Post Code Area easily accessible from London underground stations Piccadilly Circus, Charing Cross, St. James Park and Green Park. Nearest mainline train station is London Victoria
